Applications are invited from suitably qualified international and local consultants to review the Staff Conditions of Service of the Tuvalu National Provident Fund.

Objective of the assignment

The objective of the Assignment is to assist the Board in developing a new Conditions of Service for all Staff of the Fund.

The Assignment will require the Consultant to review the current Staff Conditions of Service, make recommendations on improvements and produce a draft Staff Conditions of Service, for the TNPF Board to review and consider.

Time-frame

The Assignment duration is ten (10) working days, but a one month period will be given for the Consultant to deliver the tasks given.

Qualification

The Consultant should be experienced in consulting and advising on such assignments and should also be fluent in English.

Remunerations

Bidders are to submit their proposed fees.

In the event that the consultant resides outside Tuvalu, he or she will be obliged to meet with the Task Manager and the TNPF Board via online meetings to be arranged.
