About Our Legislation
The TNPF Act and Regulations provide the legal and regulatory framework governing the Tuvalu National Provident Fund, setting out how the Fund is administered and managed, how contributions are collected and maintained, how members’ benefits and entitlements are determined and paid, and how the Fund’s assets and investments are managed to safeguard members’ interests and ensure the long-term sustainability of the Fund.
All legislation is enacted by Parliament and is available for public access.
